Can these be had for cheaper?

Are they plug play or is there power and voltage stuff that needs to be adjusted?

That's the price. You can find knockoffs on ebay for less, but in my experience you get what you pay for. Reliable lighting isn't a place tocut corners imho. They have a standard male H4 plug
