  4. We could use some global drying here in Raintown USA. Something like 34 days straight. Had three days of sun, but it just could not stand it and began raining again.

  6. Haha! Great artists should’ve lost the dreaded bellypan and blacked out their gaiters.... now that’d look sweet 😬

  9. Here's one, Mark Seymour has been dining out on this song for 35 years. You have no idea how massively popular this song is in Australia to this day. Good live version with Eddie Vedder Ciao

  10. I think this is dead. If they do decide to resurrect the Lemans it'll be an 850 with a bump in power like they did with the TT and it'll look a lot like the MKIV. I was one that was sad that they killed the CARC. I will own a Griso one day.

  12. This is very exciting, but still not actually MotoGuzzi . . . what will they show us of the "road-going" V85 at this year's EICMA in advance of the company's centenary? I mean, this is built from the CARC and we are told the CARC is dead.

  14. I wanted everything to be red and black except for the motive unit. That way, it draws your eye to the big jugs. I likes big jugs..

  15. Uhh, that won't play well with Lucky Phil. I trolled him a couple of times when I did the Aero Lario build. He did not like my gaudy gaiters at all..

  19. I'm older than most, younger than many. I was drafted to service and reported to Ft Knox on 8 May 1969. Hendrix played my hometown venue, fairgrounds "coliseum" (or as Zappa called it - a Barn) on 11 May '69. I was very disappointed. No worries, I'll see him when I get out. Of course he died in '70. When I got out I went to every concert I could. There were a slew of mini festivals touring in those days. You could pay 6 or $8 and see as many bands in one day-night. Foghat ELO Chuck Berry Richie Havens Its a Beautiful Day Eric Burdon Ike & Tina Rare Earth BB King Johnny Winter Edgar Winter etc etc. At one such festival early afternoon, outdoors, Louisville '73ish.. (ok I was in a celebratory mood)(and maybe napping) and I hear All Along the Watchtower coming from the stage. My first thought was Jimi recorded. In fact it was Mahogany Rush. I had never heard of them. So few videos made from those days. one from 2001 - youtube says I can't embed it 'Voodoo Chile Montreal 2001' if it doesn't show up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPUjWIKAYvU

  20. The speed-0 is just a plain one,no gps. I like to use the maps + stuff plus the fact i can't see the little square box that indicates everything.I had a horrorable time installing the Speed Hut stuff, if I was to do again I would rebuild the old gauges. However Speed Hut is very good about warranty work so what the hell. I am presently TRYING to figure out a way to install a fuel gauge----if it can be done I will use a Speed Hut gauge for that because they will custom build it for me. Have a great weekend Docc
