  1. Another look: Ain’t she sweet? So what will the bright lads and gals at Moto Guzzi / Piaggio do to bring in the 100th anniversary? Will they give us a new bike with this fire, this visceral riding machine?

  3. Ok, I got it off. Pretty easy once I understood things. This advice from MartyNZ showed me what I was doing wrong: And this advice from Docc is how I got the cover off: I'll attach some images illustrating the rib Docc mentioned if it helps others in the future. Thanks everyone!

  4. I have 3 Great pairs of gloves for sale each worn no more than 2-3 times on 50 mile rides , one only once ..They are all excellent gloves in excellent condition but too tight for me..I have thick hands short fingers and am getting some arthritis in my thumbs due to life long wrenching, dirt bike riding and weight training, and surgeries so I have a very difficult time finding gloves that fit comfortably . My loss your gain...better you wear them than them sitting here on the shelf. Dainese "4 stroke EVO's"..size 9, worn twice, cost me $250.00....your price $75 Held "Phantom's" size 9, worn 2-3 times , Cost me $300 ..your price $100 Held "Steves Classic" size 9.5 worn 1 time Size 9.5 cost me $170..your price $75 All prices are "Plus" shipping

  7. may as well replace the shift shaft seal while in there. https://www.mgcycle.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=79_225&products_id=2275 says they're out but maybe some elsewhere. They're cheap, get 2 in case you bugger one.

  8. After too many weeks of limited in town riding, I took the Green Muse up San Gabriel Canyon / Hwy 39. It’s a lovely November day, and it felt great to hammer up and down a canyon! As usual, she ran flawlessly. But I think I’ve lost some of my handlebar vibe acclimation!

  10. A guy I know from Tennessee - he has done 5 seats for me in the past. He is retired and finally retired from doing seats also. He did this one for me since I have done so many in the past. His look is very similar to a Sargent seat look but much better.

  12. Ear plugs are a necessity. Period. The wind noise alone will damage your hearing. Trust me on this..
