  1. I wasn't here for long, can just tell I changed the ratio when building my daytona with v11 gearbox, just to get the same, short throw. I have a more direct linkage. A good v11 gearbox shifts super, much better then the Stelvio one.
  2. Easy you got a 5 gear clutch with 8 springs. Should be 10. And the 5 speed center cup is different. Wrong clutch and wrong center. Gutsibits should know Verstuurd vanaf mijn GT-I9195 met Tapatalk
  3. For Co adjustment, make sure there are no errors. And look at the tps setting, if way to low at closed throttle, also a no go.
  4. From a certain version, mac os has a ftdi driver build in. I once used an official ftdi usb com cable and that worked with the driver in the OS build in. If you get no serial port to choose from, Or the wrong driver or at least one that doesn't combine with your vag cable. Stick with the lonetec cable http://lonelec.co.uk/index.php?route=product/category&path=57_20 not the cheapest but at least they work and save time and headaches.
  5. I think I have one to sell. Only that is what you need? gearchange lever?
  6. 110 sport carb or injection?
  7. There is a titanium map from guzzi that was made for the racing cans they sold. With Guzzidiag you can load that map. It puts it richer on most spots.
  8. Thats one of he things that would be nice to know. But how the lambda regulation works and where the knobs are to adjust that is unclear. The lambda is used only to pass euro norm, not to make the bike run better. For that a wideband lambda is needed.
  9. It looks like a voltage drop, because the screenshot you post has data from ecu. The sequence is different,:you tell guzzidiag to connect, that tells you to turn ignition on, and guzzidiag gets ecu info. Normaly you see this behavior when people start the bike, then you have a voltage drop too, if battery isn't strong.
  10. If you are not going trough rivers no harm is done without.
  11. iut should have the ftdi 232rl chip inside. and windows should load ftdi drivers for it.
  12. 1. There is one. 2. only left(main) will do, the delta map is a difference from left 3 Is so because there is more difference in small openings. Most of the time you have no more then 20 degrees open.
  13. Poon the newer 2230grs41 is not better, it's leaner running, someone I send it is back to the old one.
  14. So this picture from today, first 200km, Here waiting for the boat.
  15. I think there are 2 v11 frames, the first and the longer one from the first v11. The triple should be 40mm offset, 45 is sport 1100, looks the same. The first have 4.5"170 tytr, the rest has 5,5"with 180.
  16. For the ones with newer Guzzi with Carc, there is a writer now for that 5am ecu. You can switch of the lambda in Tunerpro, and that makes any 5am running better, guaranteed. That is because the lambda makes it lean at lower revs, and thus the acceleration suffers from it. We got a lot of happy people already. Also for a numebr of bikes some map changes are possible, like to kill deceration noise, warmup changes, more torque for newer griso's.
  17. could be that clutch doesn't come free. air in clutchline, or the pushrod lenght. You can make the griso better by mapping the ecu, with guzzidiag you can do that yourself, no costs!
  18. what is a fox kit ecu, is it a marelli with other map, or complete different hardware? Can you connect guzzidag to it and see all things?
  19. Your bike has power commander if I remember correctly? Or was there more done, ecu mapping by guzzitech too? When does it ping, and do you have it both sides? A dealer here told me that later californias all ping on one side.
  20. I can tell that for all 15rc ecu, the kat v11 ones, the lambda can be switched of. You can dismount the lambda without error in the logs, and for idle mixture the old co setting is working again. Next to that you could make the map so that setting co isn't needed. Procedure: download the map, send it to me, I send it modified back and you upload it. Want lambda back? just upload original map.
  21. Yes, only v11 sport with red frame and rosso mandello have short frame. Swingarms are all the same.
  22. well here is the connector http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-dash-connector-999-848-1098-1198-mating-side-/290572523123?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item43a778d673 But to get the bike running in closed loop you need a 15rc ecu.
  23. better first take out swingarm and rear wheel.
  24. 68C, thanks for spending. I'm trying the other way, copying the 15m maps in a 15rc ecu. My wireloom is from a v11 Kat, so has the one extra wire for the lambda. But a 15m will never do Lambda regulation. I know there are a few different hardware versions of the 15m, the letter behind the 15m could be a8 or something else. I know the ducati people speak of with sidestandswitch or not depending of the ecu variation. Maybe they just work. ducati is 15M.A8 or 15M.A0, on guzzi I've seen 15M.C1 and 15M.C5. But anyway if a ducati ecu doesn't work, just write back the original map and than it can go. And let us know so anyone knows. Most closed loop ecu's only close the loop in certain conditions. Most when constant speed is used. At the moment you open the throttle, it's not regulating.
