  4. The spoke sealing, no new wheels from warranty, maybe a few new seals. I have a nice manual from Guzzi how to fit them. Mine do not lek, no additional air between new tyres First lines from that: 1) We do not recommend cleaning the wheel with high pressure cleaning systems, whether hot or cold water is used. If you do intend to use a high pressure cleaning system, keep the jet nozzle at least 50 cm from the area in which the nipple passes through the rim (see Pos. 30 in Fig. 20). Bringing the jet too close to the nipple may force dirt between the nipple itself and the rim, compromising the air tightness of the assembly and damaging the seal.
  5. Why? My dealer told me 20000 km ago, that my clutch didn't work correctly. I have not repaired it yet and it's still working the way I bought my Tenni: with character. I've read once that a Tenni has one clutch plate, and all other Guzzis have 2. Does anybody know if this is correct? Friedel Correct, and the single plate isn't a problem, the aluminium flyweel will be the problem. They thend to explode. Though the case, seperating angine and gearbox. One takes more time then the other, but in the end I think they will all desintegrate.
  6. This bike and engine have nothing to do with the prototype va10 engine. This bike is buld by Mandello racing team, guys from near Mandello. I've seen it happening with a v11with shifting problems, the arm that is attached outside the gearbox was mounted a few teeth wrong, in one outer position made the linkage move against something. Moved the arm a few teeth, readjusted the linkage length and problem was gone. Some 6things are more simple then people think. Just look careful what components should do.

  11. well thats just what I told you, the pushrod from the v11 gearbox is thicker then the one form the 5 speed box. So the one who mounted your clutch put in one for a 5 speed gearbox. I think the diameter isn't the only difference, also the is a lenght difference, but not so much, if the clutch works ok, than it's not a problem.

  15. Hi Paul, When I spoke with John, he said he was building a replica V11 tank. He has a pic on his site. My goal in the short term is to use my existing tail. This pic is on his site under "Your Bikes" Bob Well that is a cafe racer tank, nothing to do with the bulky v11 tank. An alu tank is around 3.5kg where the plastic is 7 kg. The steel daytona tank is also 7 kg.

  18. from what I have seen, the tank shop builds tanks in more or less daytona shape, not in v11 shape. Friedhelm has build daytona tanks, so could do that again. But the v11 tail won't fit
