  1. 2004 Moto Guzzi V11 LeMans For Sale $4,950 Very good condition, awesome runner with 11,520 miles. Bike is equipped with MG Factory Titanium Race Pipes with ECU, LSL Handlebar Kit, Moto Bits Billet Foot Pegs and shifter/brake controls, fender eliminator with LED brake/taillight. These extras would cost over $2,500 if you could still buy them new. All stock parts come with bike too. Bike is located in Pittsford, NY SOLD TO SHINY MIKE
  2. The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. It was the pawl spring and my bike is a 2004.
  3. I finally made some time to work on the bike. I pulled the shift cover off and found a broken ratchet spring. Part # 25 from the attached diagram. Thanks for the help. gearshift_cover.pdf
  4. Thanks, I found plenty of info in the FAQs. I didn't realize how common this failure is. For some reason I thought the 04' model had an improved spring.
  5. I just went out for a nice spring ride and had to crawl home in second gear. The bike will not shift into neutral and will only shift between 1st and 2nd. Everything seemed okay until I downshifted through the gears from 6th to 1st while making a U-turn. When I tried to upshift the bike would not shift out of first. I pulled over and could not get the bike into neutral but was able to shift into 2nd gear. Now I can't get it back into 1st. Any suggestions?
  6. I need a stock airbox lid for 2004 Lemans
  7. The kit came with new risers. They are mounted to the stock triple clamp by drilling and bolting. I was able to leave the throttle cables in the existing location. The switchgear wiring was moved behind the fork tube for maximum clearance.
  8. I bought them here: http://www.motoworldonline.com/LSL-Handleb..._1080-2191.html You can also see them on the spiegler website.
  9. I just installed the LSL kit on my 2004 Lemans. I was able to re-route throttle cables, hydraulic lines and left switchgear. I could not mount the right switchgear for the starter button because of lack of slack in the wires. Has anyone done this succesfully? Is there a trick I am missing?
  10. Battery was new last spring and performed fine all season. It was okay for the first couple rides of the year after winter hibernation then got weak and now will not take a charge. If i put a battery tender on the red charging light comes on and then switches to the green charged light in less than 5 minutes. It may be a case of lack of riding and no regular trickle charging. I will buy a new battery and keep the bike on a tender when not in use and remove for the winter next year and see what happens. Thanks for the tips.
  11. How many seasons are you getting out of your batteries? I am replacing mine yearly. Charging system checks out fine. Battery will not take a charge. It is a Yuasa model.
  12. Thanks for the suggestions. It turned out to be a loose connection at the headlight bucket.
  13. I have a 2004 Lemans with a headlight problem. The hi and low beam will not come on. The fuse is good and the bulb is good. The hi beam indicator light does not shut off when the hi/lo beam switch is cycled. Could it be a relay or bad switch?
  14. I celebrated the 4th with a high side. I need the RH MG Titanium Slip on Hi Rise Muffler.
  15. Looking for a clean 2003 and newer V11 LeMans. I live in New England but can travel to pick up.
