  1. Hi Ben. I did find a used Rh Bar from a private seller.Have you tried Peter Macolme? He is rebootguzzispares2@hotmail.com.uk www.rebootguzzispares.com He's a Guzzi Breaker. I have bought parts from him in the past at reasonable prices Good Luck
  2. Thank you Docc.I'll take a better look at it tomorrow.Since it doesn't rotate all that far i think it may be ok Thank you so much again for all your Help and Effort you're putting into my question.I truly Appreciate it. Mike
  3. Does the washer rest against something underneath the needle Bearing outer race,as the washer is still captive and did not fall out after i removed the Needle bearing outer race.I'd hate to tap on it if it's against Aluminum. With my Luck i'll crack the Case.
  4. It's totally up to you.I'd hate to have you tear apart your rear drive on my account. I ordered some extreme pressure grease and it won't be here until next week anyway. I really do appreciate the help i'm getting here. Mike Crosby
  5. That's correct, with the Needle Bearing still installed, you can just see the inside diameter of the washer looking past the "Lip" of the Needle Bearing outer race.
  6. The spacer that is below the Washer does not move as freely as it did.I might be able to tap it with a drift from the Flange/Cover side if i can move the spacer of to the side somewhat.
  7. I had to split the Needle bearing outer race to remove it.In the process i dented the washer that is below it.I'd like to replace it.
  8. Well, the Bearing puller didn't work.I ended up having to split the outer race of the needle Bearing and removing it that way. Not Fun in the Least.I do need to replace the washer behind the Needle Bearing. Is it a fairly straight forward job to get to , by removing the flange to get to the Washer?
  9. Would you know if it requires heat, like a Heat gun applied to the Bevel Drive,or would i even need to do this ?
  10. I took your Advice and Removed my Rear Wheel assembly again to Lube my Needle Bearing and Found this. When i rotate the Needle Bearing i can feel the Notchiness so the Outer Race is no Better. My Bike,2004 V11 Lemans has around 20,000 Miles on it. I have a New Inner Race and Needle Bearing on order. I also ordered a "Blind Bearing" Puller hoping that will work. Thanks Again for your Advice. I wouldn't have known about it otherwise.
  11. Thank you Pete.THat's where the IPC shows it and that's where i put it.It just didn't look right to me.And thanks Weegie. The more i thought about it,it can't be a differential, lol. Thanks for your Quick response and clearing that up for me
  12. Hi Everybody I have an 04 Lemans that i'm reinstalling the Rear Wheel and Differential. THe problem is that when i Disassembled it the Spacer and Washer fell. I know where the Spacer goes, but the Parts Diagram makes it look like the washer goes between the Diff and the Rh Swingarm, which i don't think is right. It's a Thin,Large diameter washer with an inside diameter larger than the Axle. Any help would be appreciated as i'd rather not put the bike back together until i'm sure where it goes. Thanks in Advance Mike

  14. I bought a Black LH Muffler for my 04 Lemans because i needed the very tip of it for mine.If you need a Black one, minus the very tip,you can have it.Just pay the shipping. Mike
  15. You have a Valeo D6RA starter. The same thing happened to my carb Sport. What happened was the magnets in the starter housing shifted because the adhesive let go.One magnet rotated with the armature and got caught between the next magnet and the Armature.Go to WWW.euromtoelectrics.com They sell Magnet kits that come with dividers so the magnets can't shift again.I also bought a Starter Tuneup kit.Came with Brushes, springs ,brush holders, bushings, you name it. The kitchen sink is still working fine also Good Luck Mike
  16. Hi. Does anyone have a RH Handlebar that will fit my 2004 V11 Lemans? I noticed mine was bent after i removed it.I really don't want to spend $212 for Tommaselli clipons, and i'd rather not have to wait 6 weeks. If anyone has one left over from an update, let me know Thanks Mike.
  17. It actually doesn't ride straight. It wears the tires in a strange manner.I have the chance to buy a 98 Centauro frame.Does anyone her know if it's the same as my 04 Lemans?
  18. Two Months after i registered the bike which was three months after i bought it,i got a letter from my DMV saying they couldn't give me a title until i got it inspected by DMV.They issued me a Salvage/Rebuilt title. So,to answer your question,it must have been in an accident. I didn't see "salvage" anywhere on the title that came with the bike. I wish i made a copy. Mike
  19. Does anyone know of a good Frame shop that can straighten the frame on my 2004 V11 Lemans? I pulled the forks off and rotated them against each other,They're not bent.Removed the swingarm and it's not bent. Thanks ahead for your help. Mike
  20. I'm selling my 2004 v11 Lemans.It has roughly 10,000 miles on it.ODO broke last Nov.It has a "Salvage" title.(not sure why) Asking $4800.00 mike aermacchi250@hotmail.com
  21. Hi Mike Ive been in there a couple,2-3 times Im over in Accord if you need help.I may also have an extra spring. Basically the procedure is, Disconnect battery Take off shock remote Take off starter cover Dump trans box fluid save it if it's recent, replace if it been more than a couple seasons Take off connections to starter Disconnect neutral switch Remove starter disconnect gear change linkage remove the 11?! bolts that hold on cover, may have to tap off with a rubber mallet and yer in Take note of the position of the section gears there should be two indents to indicate alignment Yours may have extra bracing that Guzzi added later, mine doesn't Some info from one of my expeditions, with dumb newbie questions, that was about 4 times ago and the clutch was probably the reason why it shifted badly, but hey I can get the cover off in about 15-20 mins now http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=16884&st=0&p=180879&fromsearch=1entry180879 Michael Hi Michael. Sorry to not get back to you earlier.I bought a spring just from reading comments. The day after it came i pulled it apart.not too bad of a job.I think it was in 3rd gear when it stuck,so i thought i could leave it there when i put it back together.I couldn't fit the cover back on so i put the tranny in Nuetral and lined up the marks on the gears.Still wouldn't go back on.Lesson learned.I noticed that the shifting forks were sliding because my bike was not level. After i leveled it,piece of cake. Thanks for you help Michael. Oh and i live near hudson. i used to race down at Accord Speedway with my brother and buddies in the 70's
