The new European Test has caused the closure of many Riding Test Centres in the UK - here in Wales learner riders have to ride for over 2 hours, on a 125cc bike in dangerous conditions to take their test(s!) -or if they want to take the test on a bigger bike & not be limited to 33bhp for 2 years they have to pay their instructor to accompany them. In bigger countries this may seem a small journey (?) but a lot of us think that this is an unfair restriction on new riders- and there are already knock-on effects on dealerships & trainers which will ultimately affect us all.

The test centre here in Orkney was earmarked for closure but after many objections its staying on the obvious grounds that we live on a bloody island!Good luck with the protest..
