F all that, The only Ferarri's I've wanted was a 360 growing up (seen in person and hearing people that own them its shit) and now the 458 OMFG that car is sweet inside and out. I'd give my third testicle for one. Sadly I don't make even half of a ferarri money so I think I'll be looking for a nice used elise or honda S2000, you can rev that thing to forever.

Mk ll Escort?

:D

Maybe it's me but.....I don't see any Ferrari on this video :not:

Quite correct Antonio.

It's a Mkll Escort.

The Ferarri FF is in the first post.

The question there is: would that Ferrari hippopotamus go up the hill, round the bends any better than that venerable old rear wheel drive Escort?

Old & venerable maybe but people are spending serious money on Mk11 Escorts these days.

Great hillclimb video! My dad would've said "he'll go on til he hurts himself".

I once saw some great film of Jim Clark drifting a Lotus Cortina, hit same spot lap after lap, can't find it on web....just this...

.....

I've just seen a Mk1 RS2000 Escort advertised by a dealer here – at £23,000! :o

The reason that I noticed that was because the same 'prestige' dealer has a V11 Le Mans advertised at £5,000!

A bit steep, when the going price for one in good condition a year or two ago was more like £3,500.

You'd buy a low mileage Griso for £5k

Could it be that the V11 is now entering the Classic stage and we're sitting on small gold mines? :sun:
