docc Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 Mike, Generally the bent tube housing angles forward and inboard at about 45˚ to the inside of the throttle body and clearing the linkage rod. buellish1 Posted October 21, 2015 Author Share Posted October 21, 2015 Docc,there is also a brace that I believe ties the two throttle bodies together.I think I may have tried an alternate routing several years ago and I can't remember whats correct. docc Posted October 21, 2015 Share Posted October 21, 2015 My cable goes under the cross brace, but again, my Sport has the earlier angle drive rather than the "bent tube" of the later black face ITI.
