sdhow
What's the best spray or "rattle can" finish for carbon fiber parts?
gstallons
You find a good painter and pay him cash money to do the job . It cost me $150 to have a front fender and bikini fairing painted.
footgoose
Small parts. ...if you have a good thick surface that's just faded, as in - the fiber's aren't at the surface like on many mufflers, I use Flitz, a very fine aluminum polish, a rag, and finger tips. Made my dash like new. I use it on faded paint as well. Mufflers will take a clear coat and I can't be of help there. Probably any good clear. sdhow
No fiber coming through, just some chipping and scratches. Looking for a type or brand of clear to shoot on it that gives good UV protection and will bond well.
