Funny I changed mine 2 weeks ago, never seen an oil filter soooo tight , and that was after buying a socket for the filter pan, from now on sump removal every time because it's easy enough and you get to check for shit in the pan Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

moto fugazzi Posted March 15, 2016 Share Posted March 15, 2016 Vibes aren't bad, but the bar end weights for the Stelvio hand guards are huge and heavy. I've only ridden for about an hour with them, so I may have a different opinion after a few hours of riding. docc Posted March 15, 2016 Share Posted March 15, 2016 Taking advantage of the longer evening hours, and the long way home from work, followed some of the beautiful winding area roads along the creeks and over the gentle ridges admiring the blossoming pear trees like great cotton balls or clouds along tended drives with redbuds dotting the edges of the woods with their bursts of purple . . . . . . and rolled over 98,000 miles on the trusty, willing Sport. Still not sure what direction it needs to "point", guess there's a 50-50 chance I'll be right the first time. Thought I'd never get one of the pipes between the cross-over and Ti can to loosen. Amazed me what a few drops of 3 in 1 oil and a few gentle mallet taps did. Went from not budging to sliding right off in a minute or so. Note to self: don't forget the anti-seize! Does the "open" side of the L shape that attaches to the existing bracket face forward or backward? It appears to me it can go either way. Email is leroysch@aol.com if you run into posting problems. Josh was with me and we wasted a day in Philly looking at messed up "little kids" racing suits at Revzilla. Tried 4 jackets on and none of them fit. I've got a Pirelli Angel GT on order. I put an Angel on the rear and I like it. Don't know why, but it was a bit disappointing seeing it was made in China. Pirelli sounds Italian right?
