Forum access issues

Recommended Posts

I haven't been able to log on lately.

If it's unplugged I can understand that.

No, it's due to the issues that the forum has been having. Once those are finally resolved it should work again.

I had issues as well accessing the forum. I had a bookmark set up but this stopped working. For some strange reason for me a Google search prompted the same error message as I encountered with my bookmark. Once I changed search engine to one that was not Google it bought me straight here. This is the error message I was encountering prior to changing search engines

More thorough discussion here on "Motha of all V11 forums":

Security Change

Short explanation is that attempts to enhance website security met with snags and switching it back has left residual access issues for various operating systems.

For now, be certain the web address you are using is http:// and contains no "s" (https will default to no access).

I have renamed this thread and will leave it in Technical Topics for a little while, but eventually move all these posts to the "Security change" thread in the proper subforum (Motha of all V11 Forums).

Hi guys,

Sorry about the screw up! Nic Haynes (as in Docc's son) has offered to help out sorting these pesky problems.
So hopefully we'll have an accessible and working hangout again soo, but with the extra SSL security.

No need to apologize, the forum is an amazing resource and we are lucky to have it available to the V11 Sport community.

Good news! You should now be able to access the site securely and without hacks If you were previously using just "http://..." to get the site to load you'll automatically be redirected to https and you shouldn't notice anything different.

Your browser may report that the connection is not fully secure. This is due to images being loaded over http and I'm looking into this.

Edit: Some site images are now redirected and loaded over https.

Edit2: confirmed tapatalk working
