bbolesaz
The top oil cooler line on my bike is leaking. Seems to be coming from the crimp area for the top banjo bolt. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else ?

sp838
I had a leak at the lower end from over tightening the flange connector to the sump. Started pissing oil all over the place, had to get a new hose. Not from the top though. Have you tried reinstalling with a fresh set of crush washers?
bbolesaz
Yea, I was going to talc it and check the washers and torque. But not this weekend. No bike diagnostics on Mother's Day weekend.

docc
I don't know what those washers are actually called. They don't really "crush", but have an internal rubber ring that makes the seal. Also, check to see that the hose(s) have not been riding against the frame and have worn through. I added zip-ties to protect mine when I saw that happening:
68C
Those washers are called Bonded Seal Washers or Dowty Washers. Plenty on Ebay.
