Chuck Posted December 23, 2021 Share Posted December 23, 2021 I was hanging out at Moto guzzi classics yesterday when a 97 Centauro rolled up on a flatbed. The rider said it did something weird on the interstate and the rear wheel locked up. I doubt that, because he was still alive. I told Mark that I would take a look at it tomorrow cuz he was busy on a couple of loops. Suspected the rear drive, and that was it. It is not worth trying to rebuild. If you use the side drain hole to find the level and if you use a funnel to fill which drains toward that side of the rear drive it can flow down the threads and pour out the side hole before it's really up to that level. always fill with measured amount and don't even take the side plug out. 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
