friskycutter Posted December 30, 2004 Share Posted December 30, 2004 Perusing the V11 service manual and noticed the Rosso Mandello has a somewhat different flywheel assembly than my v11 Sport. I have btter parts to juice up first (i.e. high comp. pistons) but would the Rosso flywheel be a worthwhile upgrade for future consideration? Happy New Year!! Posted December 30, 2004 Share Posted December 30, 2004 I don't know if there is a performance gain with the single plate clutch and flywheel but there are some lighter flywheels available. They allow the motor to rev quicker but you lose some low rpm momentum. Get the PCIII and pipes first! How do you like the new rear fender? Makes it look super clean. Cant wait till the c. f. hugger comes in to go with. Be stylin' by the time I get spring thaw up here!
