BTW, it's Elkader, IA. And for those who might come to it (advert follows)- it's a beautiful part of the country with a number of excellent day rides. It also has all the corn you can stand to look at, a few eccentric museum owners, a big river, and at least one thunderstorm. Additionally, you have your dinner served to you by...I'm not making this up....the Iowa Pork Queen Now before you get excited, she's a little too young for you.
