I pinned the nearest town to where I live since I live in the country outside of town.

3 Aussies on the map now.

I see lots more Californias over here than I do the sportier Guzzi models though, and even the local dealers seem to sell lots more of them.

Not sure what the situation is over in the US or Europe :)

Hi Geoff,

V11's are a rare breed in Europe, too. I'm the only Scura rider in Denmark and my buddy Mogens (AKA Rosso Mandello) is the only RM owner AFAIK.

Cali's, however, are quite popular (EV 80, Jackal, Stone - the lot) as the prices are more competetive to the everlasting bunch of BMW's and Honda GW etc.

All in all there are only 800 - give or take 50 - registred Guzzi owners in Denmark so we are not exactly taking up all the space on the road.

Keep the sticky side of the tyres down.

Søren

Time to bump this back to the top. I just put myself on the map. OK, I know these aren't common bikes but there must be more than two in the state of Illinois. Come on boys. Roll up to the keyboard and put yourself on the map.

:mg:

Ha - I beat it!

My V11 is closest to the Aequator.

-Martin- from Singapore.

Wanna read more about a V11 in the tropics?

Well, need to know some German (but I make it simple - I am not Goethe -- he he)

Start here: May I introduce myself? http://35229.rapidforum.com/topic=101976046960

And then read more about traffic in Asia: - Asien im Verkehr

- THAILAND im Verkehr

- Bike Trip to MALAYSIA

Sorry Martin had too many G&t's to find my V11.de log in and the other links not working, then your photobucket bandwidth seems to have been exceeded :( but i'll try again later.

Are you anything to do with Malcolm Glaeser, any chance of swinging vists for my Man U crazy teenage son :D:bbblll: Why can't he be satisfied with Stevenage Borough? he could go to every home game!

Welcome anyway.
