  3. Fair play to you it would be a bit steady with this power plant You might like to look at Fellini's film La Strada with Anthony Quinn where Quinn use an Ercole as his home and transport for his travelling show Although I might just have this wrong http://www.motoguzziercole.it/film.asp just looking at the engine.
  4. I had hoped to see a couple of the popular Ercoles in the Moto Guzzi museum a couple of weeks ago. There was only this baby one on display
  5. It is rather good to revisit this http://www.elmoto.net/showthread.php?2638-Electrical-theory-by-Joe-Lucas http://www3.telus.net/bc_triumph_registry/smoke.htm
  6. Ye Gods that takes me back, had one to satisfy my craving for a non Harley v-twin. Fully enclosed rear chain was a big attraction. Brand new they were selling for amazing knock down prices.
  7. Wil Mahler at TLM says they don't have one to fit '03 Looks like fabbing one up is the only Euro option now.
  8. I've been looking for a centre stand for a long time. Would be useful to me. I've just asked a mate if he could put together a batch. Any thoughts on what people would really be prepared to pay?

  10. Current favourite is Good on draught and in cans. Don't chill Great change from the usual witch piss
  11. Still running the original in my 04 registered (03) RC
  12. When my original lamp was cracked I replaced it with a Cibie unit. Got a bodge point for using RTV silicone as a fixative. Did the connect by relay trick to improve voltage to the bulb and now have a far superior light.
  13. My knees aren't bad, I just like to be comfortable and of course I'm left handed.
  14. Course he'll read it, welcome to the club.
  15. Shark Evoline is next for me. Hopefully will replace both my Arai tour and HJC goldfish bowl
  16. That WAS impressive. Thanks for posting
  17. http://www.v11lemans.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=10389 Link may provide a little more info
  18. They must go through shedloads of batteries. Will someone tell them what a light switch does
  19. Wonderful stuff David, thanks. Must have been a hardier breed then, uncovered faces riding in the snow - less of course snow is warmer on the continent So much interesting (and functional) equipment, narrow tyres, cotton tents etc, almost justifies getting a Ural and having a go. Get some petrol on that fire
