I’ve heard it stated here that the V11 engine is not that far off from its street reliability performance ceiling limit

This dyno obliterates that ceiling!

40k is everything done to the bike thru all the years he had it. From widening rear wheel, building trans, rear drive +++. Engine job, close to 10k € in reciept. I think he just left the bike at the dealer with big wishes, that’s costly.

77 ft/lbs & 106 hp is a phenomenal increase - 10% more in torque with an additional 15 Hp added

If it’s not breaking your personal official secrets act - what’s the receipts indicate regarding parts?

If there’s relatively bugger all parts added in for that money - then it would have to more indicate indicate tremendous skill in getting those heads flowing exceptionally well by Thomas.

Either way I’m suitably impressed with those dyno figures

I can’t readily recall any street V11 as high

Been having big wet eyes dreaming of Dynotec engines for ages. Is there a built V11 for sale there now 35k, 123 hk 115nm. You can have a 1288ccm high cam engine built, 158 hk. cost up to 45k.   Dream on, I know I woud have been quite happy taking a 158 hk out for a spin.    

Will have a look at the reciepts for parts/prices.

Dynotec-conical manifold system with BOS-Titanium mufflers adapted and installed, K&N air filter installed and air filter box modified (holes a 30×70mm);

Dynotec (Moto Spezial) oil pan mounted and adjusted (side stand stop):

Side stand stop renewed, built new holder for stand switch,

Dynotec Sachs Racing clutch discs installed,

20000 km inspection carried out according to inspection plan;

Brake and clutch fluid changed, clutch lever renewed, side panel rearated on the right;

rear brake pads renewed; motorbike taken for measuring;

Motorcycle tested on the test bench and tuned injection system with lambda probe, warranty work:

So, from the line item below, it appears this engine received new cylinders, increasing displacement by increasing bore to 95mm, over a stock V11 since the OEM Bore x Stroke is 92 x 80 mm. 

That's undoubtedly where most of this additional torque/HP came from, so there probably isn't a lot to learn from the list that can be directly applied to a V11 with a stock displacement or compare them directly.

 

Per the following calculator:  https://spicerparts.com/calculators/engine-displacement-calculator

The stock displacement comes out to be 1063.62 cubic centimeters (no surprise there since MG says it is 1064cc)

With this new bore, assuming the stroke remained the same since that isn't specified:  1134.12 cubic centimeters :bike:

 

I guess the marketing department at MG would have rounded this up to a "1200" then :P
