you will need longer screws, but i guess that is not such a problem.
I forgot to ask Slavomir How much do you want for them?
-
about one hour, including one beer and two calls from mother.
Tks mate So they use the original linkages? I will give it some thought and get back to you thanks again.
-
no, I tried these with the cheapest footrest available in every bike store.
How do you go with the linkage assembly? Did it take long to fit?
-
friend just made this for 60€. If you want, they are yours. I tried them but too high for my left leg
They look interesting do you use the original pegs without much modifying?
-
I didn't use them, but in my opion, they are to high. So you can't put force on them in a corner.
I put my rests on the place where you all have the swingarm pivot. That's high enough.
I guess I just like the look of them. They look like they are made well.although pretty expensive.

Im thinking of getting a set of rear sets for my Scura. Are the ones sold by Rossopuro any good. Has anybody bought a set? By the way my Scura is still on the original clutch at 41 thousand Ks with no problems.

Hi Guys sorry to bring up an old subject. I have a 2002 V11 Scura. It has done 4 transmison selector springs. Im getting tired of having them replaced. I have locked at the lengthy thread but it appears to be quite old. Can some one tell me of the latest permanent fix to remedy the problem as in where can I get a stronger spring?. Thanks Mark.
Thanks again guys I am looking at the pawl arms as well. This site has been great for info. I always read it but have never got on the forum before. I have had no problems with the clutch as yet but I guess after what Ive been reading I will have to look at that in the future as well. I love the bike I intend to keep it and just get it sorted. Ive been riding Guzzis for 28 years and cant think of another bike I want.

Thanks Guys I will look into it and see if that stronger spring is available.

Hey Guys I dont post much on this site but I always read it. I have a story from 2007 I was riding a rental bike in Western Turkey. I had just pulled up at the entrance to Troy I had just passed about 10 coach buses in the queue. As I got off the bike an old man approached me and said" Are you riding that bike here on your own?" I said" Yeah just for a few weeks" He recognised my Aussie accent and was supprised to to find me there. He looked down at his feet and said that he wished he had done simlar things when he was young. As I looked over at the coach various elderly people were getting off with walking frames and such. It was such a depressing sight. It makes me glad that Iam a motorcyclist and have a sense of adventure! It was a fantastic trip I cant recomend riding a bike in Turkey enough.
