Hepko Becker Saddlebag Question

Is it possible to mount the Journey saddlebags to a 04 Coppa

Without the rear HB rack?

Without moving the rear turn signals?

Any photos of the Journeys mounted to a V11?

If you mean the topcase rack, then yes. You don't have to use it.

As far as the turnsignals go, there just isn't enough clearance to leave them in the stock location.

The H+B kit comes with a mounting bracket and extra "plug and play" wiring to take care of them...

I'm planning to install the H+B Juniors (with top case) on the Coppa this week.

I know for the mounting brackets to work I have to cut a notch out under the tail section somewhere -- does anyone have photos of "where" that is, or photos (and a write-up) of their install process so I don't have to try to re-invent the wheel?

Thanks.

Thanks Mike!

I had forgotten it was you that wrote it up!

Come on - doesn't that make you nostalgic and not want to sell the Nero?!

:bike:

best of luck to you getting the "buy it now" price!

Yeah, it's not a "want to" thang... The Nero is a sweet bike.

If I had eight or ten grand lying around, I wouldn't be selling. That's fer sure...

I suppose I could take a loan out on it, but I hate owing money.
