phordman
My 2 year old Norge just got a stable mate. 10 days ago I picked up a 2000 silver V-11 Sport. Now I'll be studying this forum to learn how to care for my new ride.

Tom M
Welcome phordman and congrat's on your new V11. Once you get a few miles on her please let us know how much you like it (or not) compared to your Norge.
Mark909
Welcome phordman, and congratulations on adding another Guzzi to your stable. I too have traveled this road. I have had my Norge for two years now. Earlier this year I added a Tenni to my humble collection (is two bikes a collection?). I find the V11 is a great counterpart for the Norge. The Norge is a lovely, comfortable, civilized thing, with the heart of a Guzzi beating within. The V11 is a pulsating, primal, soulful beast in comparison. There is nothing subtle about the Guzzi experience on a V11. And yet it is also an easy bike to live with. Having both bikes may just be the best of both worlds. DeBenGuzzi
funny, I was almost thinking a Norge would go good with my formerly silver now rosso style 2000 V11 sport, leaning more stelvio but I'll get one of the two I'm sure.
phordman
Thanks for all the welcome greetings. Due to a very wet month of May I have ridden the V11 only 200 miles or so. At this point I'm very happy with my new ride. The Norge is pushing 26,000 miles and the Sporti has less than 9000 so my goal for the summer is to close the gap. roberto tenni
I could do with some stable mates. All my mates are very unstable.
