hoytstaab Posted September 2, 2009 Share Posted September 2, 2009 Hello - Is the difference in hub sizes between a V11 & the MGS-01 akin to rear sprocket differences on a chain-driven bike? The MGS-01 appears much smaller (and lighter). If the hub is actually smaller is it because of the racetrack intent (i.e. smaller rear gearing)? The housing from the gears is only missing the outer ring, a difference in looks but only 200 grams weight. I know because I did the same to my hub. Gearing at the hub is the same.
