I drove up to the shop expecting to have to come back in a few days...NO...they said "we have that mold" and will have you out of here in 45 minutes. st. augustine Posted September 7, 2006 Author Share Posted September 7, 2006 Really didn't notice any difference since it is exactly the same shape as the original. But then again, I just got a new helmet about the same time, and I do where earplugs (see, I got into 3 threads with that one...man I'm good). The guys a bikescreen.com (I notice now in the title of this thread I wrote bikestreet, but meant bikescreen) didn't put the trim back on the upper lip of the windscreen, but I used my old piece. Not sure if that makes a difference. A site that claims noise reduction is http://www.laminarlip.com/. Though I have no idea if it works.
