I assume the ZFAS-S2 is not readily available to consumers now that I've read your post. Here's what I had planned to ask: -------- What's the story on the plugged 10mm holes on the V11S exhaust pipes? Does Guzzi use some special tiny O2 sensors for tuning at the factory? The O2 sensors I find available seem to use the 18mm thread, but The ZFAS-S2 uses 12mm. Todd, Thanks for the prompt reply. My Piersburg pump developed a short. I cut the aluminum can with a pipe cutter at 7/8" from the output end of the pump and it came apart with no damage to the components. This thing is a work of art on the inside. If I can clear the short I might try to seal it up and use it again. I think Piersburg makes good stuff and I just got unlucky. However, they warn against running the pump dry, which I'm prone to do when I forget to open the petcock. Best regards, Troy

I'm ISO a Guzzi part number and a likely USA source for the external fuel pump, Piersburg 02T077, 7.21287.03, for an early '03 V11S. I expect Guzzi to want my first born son in payment, so I'm looking into a generic replacement as well. Thanks, Troy
