  1. If it is of any significance my '96 California has 113,000 miles on the original chain and tensioner. The leMans has 41,000. I replaced the gear drive on the Centauro with a chain system because of their reliability. As said earlier, a timing light would show, especially when rolling off the throttle.
  2. Anybody heard of Clint Eastwood's daughter, Alison?
  3. Buzzard mentioned the bullet connectors on the clutch switch. Also worth looking at would be the spade connectors on the clutch switch itself.
  4. Posted today on the Wildguzzi forum by Friedhelm himself. http://www.alu-tanks.de/media/ee1bb13d17ba33c4ffff80e6fffffff1.pdf It's all in German. The last page has something to do with DOT and Metzler. I can't see what tires has anything to do with his tanks. Do custom tanks need to be DOT certified?
  5. If there is any leverage to be gained with a group buy please count me in. I know I'm also going to need something for my Centauro since the front of the tank is to the point where it limits the turning of the forks.
  6. As long as I'm on the trend for unusual, here's another.
  7. I would be surprised if this picture is not here already. Just in case it is not.......
  8. I am a lefty as is my wife. Years ago we were at the AMA Vintage Days and the Guzzi group went to an Italian restaurant for dinner. Us lefties are always jockeying for position. At our table I noticed all 4 of us jockeying. Didn't take us long to realize we were all lefties.
  9. While strictly not a hooter pictures I believe they deserve honorable mention.
  10. I still have one set. If it doesn't sell I'm going to have to swap out the prototype.
  11. I finished welding and painting 4 sets this week. 2 are spoken for. $124.95 including shipping US.
  12. I expect to have 4 sets available later this week. Any takers?
  13. Don't you feel a lot more patriotic? Pass this on to other patriots interested in the proper observance of tradition.
  14. Second: Firmly Grasp the Edges.... and Pull, Slightly...
  15. We always hear about how to fold a flag properly... but, did anyone ever show you how to unfold a flag properly? We have several patriotic holidays coming up. This is important. Make sure you take the proper steps in the proper order... Otherwise things don't come out right! First: Locate Your Flag...
  16. I have the same problem with mine although it is several smaller bubbles. The tank on my Centauro is expanding too. It has gotten to the point where the front forks contact the tank before it gets to the stops. Patiently waiting for the Alu tank guy to produce one to see what it looks like before I try to order one.
