  1. They are enormous DB bags, (Dan Brown?) that were modified by the PO.. he did a fantastic job and it wasn’t easy. Cut and re fiber glassed smoothed and painted.

here’s another bike with the bags in original shape, note the bump out on the back which had some running or brake lights, he cut those off so the turn signals fit better. Aesthetically mine look a lot classier.

I’m not into cruisers at all but this clean - and good looking I might add - low mileage 2003 California EV may be of interest to some of you.

As long-as the Hydro recall was done that’s a smokin deal with under 4K..

id want to se receipts on the recall work and seem to remember there was more than one hydro kit.might be worth looking into who and when the recall was done.

Checked the valve clearance and adjusted them, in .17 and .20, out .18 and .21.

Now in .10, out .15 like in the manuel, also changed the valve covers to something less orange.

Good move changing out the red valve covers, looks better now.

  4. Revilo I have some parts that might fit. Mostly from 2000 era California bikes but may be the same as used on V11. Ignition barrel and key, fuel cap with key, they don’t match. Left switch gear. Also a clutch lever and perch but I think it’s different than the V11. If you send me an email I can send you pics to verify if any of these parts will work.  Might not be too cheap to ship to UK. I’m in USA. But you can have the parts no charge just pay shipping. Brad

RM f/s near me.. I’ve sent inquiry, has the DS/UJ ever been greased, any trouble with clutch ? Waiting for reply. I’m not bowled over by it but might go take a look, about 90 miles from me.

This bike is not one of the first 300.. it does not have the carbon fiber exhaust, just the heavy stock V11  mufflers. 18,000 miles .. asking 4995. I think it’s a little high.. the extras, luggage and throttle mister don’t do much for me. center stand, yes that’s nice to have...anyone care to comment?

  6. Thank you Audiomick. I’ll save those pages. I see the RM has a different number but appears it’s just for the grey color.

im researching all this because I have a lot of Centauro parts and I’m going to look at a Rosso Mandello later this week. I don’t really care for the dark colored rims.

I’m aware of the single plate clutch in the RM and the owner states no problem yet. I do have the Centauro 2plate clutch including the flywheel that I could keep in reserve (if I get the bike) I see tho the push rod has a different number. I don’t have the PR from the Centauro, so would need one of those if I ever swapped in the clutch.

two more thing I’m not to keen on are the red rocker covers or the stock mufflers.

what do I look for on  the transmission if it doesn’t have the added brace? Is it super important to add that and how much work is it?

The V11 TPS cannot be set with GuzziDiag. That must be done with a quality voltmeter . . . (jus' sayin' . . .)

YOUR RIGHT AGAIN Docc.. as usual.. its been a long time since i had my V11..., Buell, Ducati & Norge since then so i forgot a lot of stuff I thought I knew/.. still got that V11 envy tho. can you use Diag to set the fuel trim??
