  1. front wheel bearings are 52x 25x 15 mm = 6205 52x 20x 15 mm = 6304 Tim, just to be clear you'd want to add 2RS (sealed type) to the above when you call the shop 6205-2RS 6304-2RS Hello again Ok I found it for a 2k V11 S but is it the same bearing for a Rosso Mandello? // V!!
  2. Hey all Any one here that changed the front wheel bearing on a Rosso Mandello? Then maybe you know the bearing number so I can by it anywhere where they sell bearings! Also the front wheel brake pads should be same as on a number of other brand, bikes. Tips of how to do it, is of course also interesting. // V!!
  3. Back Again! If refer to the information you gave me dlaing (thx). I'm still a little confused. is that really the same recall as this in the quote above? On the DOT website i can't find my frame number: (swedish dot is not responsible for collecting or maintaining any recall information!) ZGUKR00001M114406 is my no. and it's in the quote above! /Stefan
  4. I have to take everything I said earlier about the new dealer back because they still don't want to repair my bike even it is within the recall I've been arguing for 1 year soon....HELP ME!! They think its not so important. Is the recall of because of safety reasons? I'm thinking of taking legal actions. Is this (link below that i found) the same recall as my gearboxrecall or is there some other information about that somewhere else? http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems...lls/results.cfm
  5. Haven't all V11 been apart at least twice or tree times because of oil leak and so??
  6. Hello! Is there a topic in this forum where only detailed information about recall/service work is written? I haven’t found it anyway, and I think it would be a very good idea to put all detailed information about this kind of recall/service work and with models, year, frame numbers and so on, in the same place. Some of you “gurus” in this forum have so much information regarding these things, which takes very long time for my dealer to find out????. For instance the gearbox recall early this year. I read about it here. I called my dealer twice in maybe February and April and they said they never heard about it. In May some one put out the frame no. here, and I saw my bike was in the recall. I called them again and confronted them with my information and this time they admitted that my bike was in the recall!!!!!! God or a bad Idea?
  7. Yes I know that one, and it’s even closer to too much line than the opposite! Thx anyway! How about the 0,30Bar?
  8. Some questions about the Oil pressure sensor. My oil pressure warning light is lit sometimes but only during hard acceleration (not always) from standing still. WHY? Of course I checked oil level and its looking perfect. When I changed oil it looked good with no particles in it and its not running hot or anything. So I changed my Oil pressure sensor and it made no difference, but after just about 100km it started to leak from the centre (where the electronic is connected.) Now I changed it for the third time after same problem, leaking and of course it’s still warning during acceleration some times. Does someone know why? This time I’m planning to install a BMW sensor instead of the one I buy from my dealer with the only difference that its connecting at 0,3 Bar pressure instead of 0,25. Is 0,25 Bar the original “connecting pressure”? Is this operation a bad idea, to change with 0,05 Bar pressure difference from orginal. Please help me with some answers!

    Scura problems

Paul and everybody! You said that some of the single disc clutch had been replaced! For what? I have that clutch in my Mandello and it makes allot of sound in neutral, as soon as I use the clutch its very quite, but it has started to sound much worse now (last 500 km)and it sounds bad! Now it has also started to sound very bad when riding ex. 30km/h second gear in steady velocity, it sounds and feels like everything is loos in transmission(from engine to rear wheel) any ideas? My dealer says its normal..........? /Stefan
  10. Thanks! I have to take some of my bad experience with distrubutor back! I talked to this wery nice man today that confirmed that my bike is part of the recall today! So I'm very happy now that someone takes my worries seriously. /Stefan
  11. The swedish distributor is probably the worst distributor ever. I tried to contact them sins my dealer could not get an answer in an other matter. They told me never call here, because they never talk to to the end customer in a very rude way. But sins I already was making problem for them I could ask them this, only this time and they said "they never heard about this recall"?? Could you describe this a little bit closer please? "I had them deglaze mine, fix a strip bolt, weld the oe crossover". I love this forum. Always a lot of skilled people that can answer tricky questions! Best regards Stefan
  12. Can someone help me to translate if my framnumber is one in the KR serie for the gearboxrecall? The X is confusing me a bit. My frameno. is ZGUKR00001M114406 (recall serie ZGUKR0000XM111112 - ZGUKR00001M114639) My bike is a Rosso Mandello -01 To me it looks like its time for the shop....again Is there anyone that can give me information if my bike is maby recalled for other work? I have asked my dealer in Sweden but the say they never heard of any recall at all. (they are not intressted at all:( ).

    Recall

Can someone please give me the link or information about the recall regarding some gearbox/transmission probs. I read it before but cant't find it again. Also if you now witch numbers was in the recall! I have a Rosso Mandello -01 and if I'm unlucky (as always) I have to take "my Monster" to the shop! Best regards from Stefan
  14. Good idea! MG in Sweden don't know anything about this recall!
  15. Sins one year I have been a happy owner of a -01 V11 Sport and the other day I ran in to a "Rosso" for sale, not much technical diffrence but with very nice looks! So I bought the "Rosso"! One of the technical differances is the singel disc clutch(WHY?) On my "old" V11(2 disc)the clutch was wery soft and easy to drive with but on the "Rosso" the clutch is very "edgy" grips hard and direct, an its very difficult to drive drive soft. From the beginning I thought that it's only me thats used to my old clutch, but after driving for a while i'm starting to think some thing is wrong. Anyone that can help me with an opinion and refereces of how it should be! /Stefan
