Just had chat to mechanic he thinks could be the regulator diffuser/rectifier. I had a look and the batter fuse isnt blowing its burning the the fuse holder.

Hi, Have had my v11 sport for about 3 years now and constantly having issue with the starter motor. The starter motor was replaced 2.5 years ago, however im still having problem with the bike turning over. There is a lead up phase before it stops working, it clicks a couple of times then turns over. The after i turn it off again the starter motor screeches and does turn over.. Then if i leave it again, the starter motor just clicks and doesnt turn over. I had this problem 6 month ago for a couple of days then it started working again. Its now doing it again, could it be the wiring rather than the starter motor? The battery is fully charged and in good condition. Wondering if this is a common problem with the V11. any guidance is appreciated. cheer Ports

Hi, on a recent holiday i managed to break the left hand rider foot peg and the rear brake lever. Was my fault but the see to be very brittle. Are there any stronger after market product available to suit a v11 sport? If not anyone have spare left foot ped and rear brake peg that i can buy? cheer

Thnks the post guzzimoto. slipped the mistral reverse cones on this morning, have left the crossovers of another time when can get it tuned. They look and sound great especially without the baffles. It seem to have soften everything up, even the clutch feels easier to pull in, not sure why. It revs up the range faster but not sure if its actually going any quicker. I kind of think it has lost some torque. Ive only been on a short 20min ride to office so will give it a longer one on weekend and see how it feel. did anyone else feel these type of change when changing the exhaust? Might need to put the baffles back in for my trip to italy in a few weeks though.

Also im thinking abt K&N air filter and pod filters. pod filters mainly because they look good. Do you know if makes much difference to performance. cheers

Whats the PC-V? im guessing its something to do with ECU? My mechanic says will need to replace header gaskets and re-tune.

Hi, I've recently ordered a set of mistral exhausts and mistral crossover pipes for my V11 sport (03). With regards to installing them is there anything that needs to be done such as tuning ecu or are just bolt on? Cheers Ports
