  1. Im looking for (second hand) Mistral reverse cone mufflers. If you have a set, or know someone who has, and want to get rid of them, pm me. kind regards, Martin van der Meer
  2. No I haven't bled the clutch recently. Unfortunately I do not have a stand to lift the bike. Is bleeding the clutch a necessity? And how is it done? Even if I would have a stand to lift the bike's rear, then I still would be a bit concerned to take off the back wheel, with the driveshaft and all. (never done it, obviousy)
  3. Thanx Docc, Is it that simple? I'll go try it. Because of the crash was a bit worried that there's a possibility of dirt in the line and that I would have to clean everyhing. There was some dirt on the rim of the broken reservoir. Should I worry? Or can I just fill it up?
  4. Hi, A couple of weeks ago I had an unfortunate encounter with the tarmac. Now that Im trying to fix the damage (and also rise to the occasion to alter a few things), Im running into a bit of dilemma. Things are going well and Im making progress on most of it. There's one thing Im finding difficult to fix. The reservoir of the clutch- fluid broke, The reservoir itself is replaced and I've bought the fluid, but I have no idea how to vent it. Any suggestions anyone?
  5. Very nice! It brings full attention back to that beautyful rear, instead of all the "stuff hanging from the rear" It looks as if your numberplate is mounted very deep under de seat, or is that some optic illusion?
  6. Indeed, off the shelf seats are not an option. And you are definitely right about the stock cowl, it is already beautyful. Im just curious what I can do to give it an extra cafe touch. First thing I want to do is give it a smaller taillight and blinkers/indicators to slim the backside a bit. Good chance Im leaving the cowl as it is, but as I was saying Im just exploring the possibilities.
  7. Right now Im just exploring what my options are. But that's probably where this quest will get me in the end. Know any good ones?
  8. Thats horrible. Ciao haha, thanx. That's a very clear statement.
  9. The seat in the picture you posted doesn't fit very well. When I looked at it I thought it was a very amateurish job. Are you looking for the color or the shape? Im looking for a better fitting seat than this one, but this is the first V11 with a more oldschool seat I've found since I started searching. I do like the brown of the seat. Perhaps even a bit darker, Especially since Im flirting with the idea of changing the feultank's color into bright orange. I've found some webshops with customseats in stock, but Im afraid those won't fit as well.
  10. Thanx, I found this one myself as well. However, from the looks of it (and the specs) these don't seem to fit onto a V11. Perhaps they do, haven't found that out yet. But I will see what this shop can or cannot do.
  11. Hi there, Im looking to alter my (already stunning) V11, which I bought in may 2014, to a more caferacer look and Im wondering if anyone knows where I could find a seat similar to this awesome ride, owned by a guy called Dottor Larry. Preferably in Europe, since I live in the Netherlands. Or perhaps anyone has tips how to create one myself. Thanks in advance. Martin
