North, to Alaska . . .

Well, only to Hyder, but it's still technically Alaska.

Should be a good ride, with three Guzzis and an Ap-uh-rilia (not my prononciation; stolen from one of the geniuses who works at Piaggio HQ in NYC).

We leave at 0600, and all the forecasts call for intemittent rain all the way and cool weather all the way forth and back again. Perfect riding weather.

Be good while we are gone. (I regret bringing up butterfly-strainer filters again.) If you are, we might even bring you back a Beaver Buzz.

Here's Aluuminium-rider Steakdaddy enjoying one last year.

And here's what Beaver Buzz (and the 37 shots of tequila) did to him:

Oh, Canada!

If you venture onto Vancouver Island on either your way up, or on your way down, don't forget to stop by Campbell River and say hi !! :bike:

Safe and happy trip you lucky guy !! :race:

:bier:

I would remind you to wipe them mosquitos from the headlamps but there is still enuf daylight left to not worry about it too much. I grew up in Alaska, rode a Hodaka back then and yes rode all over that State on that 125CC bike (both trails and the highway system).

Good for you guys!

Bob
