sigma speedo

I have a sigma 1606L bike computer/Speedo on my V11,and until I changed the battery today it worked fine, the Speedo doesn’t record now. According to the instructions only the clock needed to be reprogrammed. I've tried doing what the instruction manual suggest to get this unit to work but still no luck. I'm computer challenged. If anyone out there has one of these units and understands it's set up and wouldn't mind helping a non geek sort this thing out, I'd appreciate it.

I use a system similar to the Sigma on my Yeti. When I change the batt. on it, I also have to reprogram it for the circumfrence on the front wheel( or which ever wheel the magnet pickup is on). Call your local Bicycle shops and someone there can probably tell you how to reprogram it.
