After a lot of fussing around it turned out to be a bit of air in the master cylinder--I added a bleed fitting (like on the caliper) to the master cylinder so that I could bleed the fluid at the highest point. I also adjusted the clutch lever to the maximum throw and finally got rid of the problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
