dark_bike
I've removed the rear caliper on my bike because one of the pistons was stuck. Got it going again, all fine, but I don't manage to get a firm brake pedal after filling up with brake fluid again, despited repeated bleeding. Also replaced the master cylinder. Somehow air remains trapped somewhere. Is there a knack for getting it out? I guess the bleed nippe pointing down doesnt help... Tom

Tom The easy way is to remove the caliper, turn it such that the bleeder is pointing upwards. This is the only way i can get my V11 to bleed properly. drewscura
yup, face the nipple up. Probably a good idea to place something in between the pads as well.
Orange Guzzi
I changed to EBC-hh pads. I have rear brakes now. I can actually lock the back wheel now.
