PeteTW Posted July 12, 2011 Share Posted July 12, 2011 Hey All My V11's rh mirror (useful in the UK!)has started to fold in in at about 60mph (100Kph)...has anyone had this and come up with some sort of solution other than buying a new mirror. I can't block it permanently because I need to fold it back to get up the side of my house. This is probably why it has come loose! Also does anybody know of an after market mirror in a shorter stem that I could use but not have to fold back every time I squezze up the back passage Thanks Pete Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
rossi46 Posted July 12, 2011 Share Posted July 12, 2011 Hi Is it the 'glass' part or the arm itself? threadlock or something similar? if you do need a new mirror the ones from wemoto look very much like the originals but vibrate much less! felix42o Posted July 12, 2011 Share Posted July 12, 2011 Did you tighten the allen head under the rubber stalk cover? Or is it the swivel on the mirror itself? Either way, Buell used the same mirrors on a few different bikes. Can't remember which ones exactly, but on one model they are the same length, and on another they're an inch longer, which alot of guys (myself included) were using for added visibility.
