I checked the sensor and it looks ok , could anyone tell me the value of this air temperature sensor so i can check it , it's this one, http://www.mgcycle.com/product_info.php?products_id=1226 . gstallons Posted October 15, 2011 Share Posted October 15, 2011 Do you have access to a wiring diagram for your bike? I assume the pcm is easier to access than the air temp sensor.If you can disconnect the wiring harness and check the resistance at the pins to see if you have continuity or not. If you don't then gain access to the sensor and check it. If it is open the sensor is bad.If it is not you have problems with the wiring. p.s. I do not know what the resistance value is at ambient temperature. You should assume if it is between (for now) 100-2000 ohms it is o.k......
