jrt Posted December 25, 2012 Share Posted December 25, 2012 You can tell if you have warped rotors by feedback into the brake lever. If you have pulsing brakes, but don't feel it in the lever, then your discs are not warped. The other common culprits are isolated area(s) of hardened disc, or a disc contaminated with brake pad or oil. Cleaning the disc with emery cloth can solve that sometimes.
