Jazzamoto
I'm still hunting for the source of my engine "hiccup" problem and thought I'd check the coils since the hiccups only happen when the engine is hot. Does anyone have the resistance specs for primary and secondary coil circuits? I'm getting 1.3 ohms primary and 3.3 secondary, assuming I'm measuring correctly. Thanks! luhbo
I found 0,8 and 3.3k Unless you use top quality equipment you'll have problems to get the 0.8 right. Note the k, it says Kilo Ohm
Chuck
If you get the hiccup at low rpm/barely on throttle, check for a vacuum leak.
Jazzamoto
Luhbo, thanks for the numbers. Yes sorry, I left out the K. Chuck, good idea on the vacuum leak. I'll check it.
