auldy Posted November 17, 2004 Share Posted November 17, 2004 Hi all, I am looking to remove my speedo assemby from the instrument cluster to repair scratches on the cluster housing, could somebody please advise me on how to remove the tripmeter knob from the speedo. After many years of working on cars, a lot of the older tripmeter kobs were held in place with a jewelers style screw. I must admit, I didn't even give a left handed thread a thought.
