wildbill
Hey folks, I'm thinking of the installing the Stucchi crossover on my '02 LeMans with no other exhaust mods... I'll stick with stock cans and airbox... is it worth doing? Will I need to mess with the stock mapping or go with a Power Commander? I'll probably add new cans later (maybe the Leo Vinces)... Was just wondering the pros/cons of this crossover-only modification... Thanks... WB.
jtucker
According to the Stucchi documentation, you can install their X-over on a totally stock bike with no retuning needed. Pros: the Stucchi will eliminate the dip in the power curve around 4K RPM. Cons: Zero. Go for it! I installed one on my bike this past fall, and I really wish I would have done it a long time ago... Guest ckknives
I had the Stucchi put on my Rosso Mandello at the first service and it mad a noticeable difference in the midrange. Very much improved. No other changes. ckknives Rosso Mandello # 265 Nuovo Falcone Tattico MGNOC # 11753
