well im working on month 6th (really nearly 12, but the 1st dealer

screwed things up and never filed the paperwork like they said).

still no sign of the cases or when theyll be here...im deep in line

w/ other BACK ORDERED owners.

I will say MPH has been top notch, and has continued to work the

claim...always keeping me in the loop !

The dealer I used to send in the claim didn't do it. They were to busy tring to sell me a Aprilia. And I have not got a reply from MGNA yet.

well basically thats what the wanks at winchester moto sports did with me...

they took the claim & never submitted it...when i finally stopped calling them

and went there in person they couldnt find any thing beyond the record that

they wrote up....they nearly immediately <next day> verified the validity

of the claim & coverage and then admitted the work was beyond their

skills <which i could have bet on> and told me i could take it to other dealers

for the work <perfect, cause id rather have someone that has the

knowledge & experiance going inside my motor>

call me crazy but now im free to take it to MPH CYCLES <1300mi away>

where i know they have a GREAT reputation & can perform the work !

My claim was originally submitted by Moto Guzzi Classics in S. Calif., and they did submit it immediately. That was in January 2004. I had spoken with Meredith at MGNA numerous times about the claim, and my parts finally arrived in February, 2005. Be patient, Grasshopper. In the end it was worth the wait.
