  1. Wasn't home when I posted. Just got in and checked the bike and it looks like 27mm on the rear and 29mm on the front
  2. Does anyone know what size metric hex sockets I need for the front and rear axle nuts on an 04 V11 sport sport?
  3. It does indeed, as does the title. Was just hoping to confirm it through the VIN and find a parts catalog to match it. No big drama
  4. Jets bike does look identical, save that mine has a small nose fairing ( not currently fitted ). I thought the cafe sports had ohlins though?
  5. Thanks. Is that the right one for an 04 bike? I found one for an 04 lemans on moto international.com but it doesn't show the naked version
  6. Folks, I've recently acquired this 04 V11 sport which I've immediately fallen in love with because it has something my other bikes lack - it has SOUL!. I'm about to give it a full check over, tune up and service. I'm also going back to a 2-2 exhaust system as the 2-1 that it came with is just tooooooooooo loud. Looking online I've found various parts catalogs for the V11 but I haven't found one that seems to cover this specific bike. The VIN number begins ZGUKTC0144M. Can anyone please confirm that this truly is an 04 V11 sport and point me toward the right parts catalog. BTW although it's not shown fitted the bike came with a small yoke/headlight mounted nose fairing Many thanks
  7. Well I'm kinda hoping so I'll know his week for sure!
  8. Hello folks, Newbie member here saying hello. I bought the 04 V11 sport on craiglist Seattle (one the left) and she is on her way over to the east coast now. Hopefully she'll arrive this week and I can't wait to see her in the flesh. It's a bit of a lottery buying a bike 3000 miles away without having chance to see it or ride it, but the bike looked so good and all the bona fidae's checked out ok so it was worth a punt. She should arrive on Wednesday this week so I'll know for sure then. Fingers crossed. This is my first Guzzi so stand by for lots of dumb assed questions from me over the next few week. Great forum btw, have enjoyed reading the through all the threads the last month or so. Great technical know how in this community. All the best Ian
