  1. Front and rear wheel with brake rotor from 2000 V11 Sport Rear wheel is silver, front wheel is back US$ 200.00 each + shipping cost There are minor scratches and nicks but overall in good functioning condition. Bearings should be in good condition these wheels had very low usage. Currently have Michelin Power Race tires mounted on but it's several years old and I would not recommend using it. email: guzzi2 (at) yahoo.com location: Alexandria, VA near Washington DC USA
  2. Back to street duties Installed Givi hard case on top of OEM rear rack by force using E250 Universal Monokey Topcase Mounting Kit... WTF
  3. Tom M, This year at Daytona, I finished 6th place on Guzzi after beating few SV650 and Ducati SS for BOT F2. Much better than last year. For BOT F3, I finished 1st place on Ducati 800SS. jcbooghs, Need to have bellypan to be in the race & to pass tech inspection. kind of useless for Guzzi but it's the rule... I used Med/Med Pilot Power Race, I figured Guzzi's frame can't take too much grip.
  4. Guzzi ran better with Michelin, no more front-end wiggles.

    Going Racing....

Congrats for the successful outing on Guzzi. What kind of tire were you using? Just curious, since I've had problems with Dunlop D209GP (race tire) on my V11 sport. It caused front-end head shake when hitting a bump during high speed... well, may be it's the bike. It stopped shaking when I changed the tires to Dunlop Qualifier (track day/street tire) but obviously it lacked grip in the turns.
  6. back to street duties... LED lights for easy conversion back to a race bike... it used to be like this...
  7. hide it & get it protected for next time... http://www.advancedperformanceaccessories.com
  8. infield of Daytona during CCS Lightweight & AHRMA BOT2 race... more torque came with more weight
  9. The final drive case comes off with the rear wheel...
  10. I was able to finish the AHRMA races at Daytona without being the last guy... 11th (out of 17) on Monday's race & 13th (out of 18) on Tuesday's race yeah, I'll try to do better next time, it was my first time racing a Guzzi... My next door neighbor... Some battle scars...
  11. Thanks. the tail section is from Aprilia RS250... so I heard, not exactly sure. head guards are from guzzitech.com the engine is stock and has 30k miles... making 82HP, hope I can keep up with the Buell & SS Ducs.
  12. Going to Daytona to race in AHRMA BOT F2 & F1...

    M G Trckbike?

  14. thanks for sharing the pic of Quat-D. I sent an email to FBF asking about their High Slip-On and was told that it basically comes out of the headers in a stock position but are swept upward at an angle eliminating the passenger pegs. still in the never ending search for non-dragging muffler...
  15. I was looking in to Quat-D system for racing/track day use. It looked attractive for crash proof-ness, weight saving & most of all ground clearance, but in reality looks like it's not as great as what it seems... oh well... Ghezzi-Brian's web page shows a racing version... http://www.ghezzi-brian.com/tuning_MG.pdf
