Here in a Dutch motormagazine is a test between Ducati sportsclassic, Triumph Truxton, Voxan caferacer and a V11 Lemans. The conclusion of the testers is , that it's time to stop the production of the V11 ! To heavy, to old and not much inspiring. This conclusion dissapointed me a lot. I cannot agree with that, my Tenni gives me a lot of pleasure and i think it's fast enough for today's traffic. Mayby the Euro 2 version of the latest Lemans killed the character we love so much ? I Think corrosion should be the problem. Due to the corrosion the shock gets more resistance while riding , if you do not solve the problem the tension gets to high and the bottom bracket cracks. The bottom of the shock is in trouble while riding in rain and salty roads. The solution is to grease the joints and a good mudguard to keep the sh#t away. Anton

Several tests in motorcycle magazines tell me that Öhlins are just for freaks. No advantage has ever been proven. (in normal road use.) I save my € 2000 . Anton

Antonio I still ride the bicycle . I race in the masters category of the Dutch cycling association.(KNWU) Training takes about 6 - 8 hours a week ( is goiing to be less because of the Tenni I bought last year.) Love both of the sports! To stay in good shape for riding the Guzzi it's a good practice . Anton

Van. Mine runs awsome without all of those tricks! Only modification is the Mistral X-over. I don't understand why you should change the beautiful character of the V11. It runs smouth in every gear from 3500 rpm up to 8000! There are not many bikes like it. Anton

Van. I used my Black and Decker : 1. Grinded it carefully with a nylon brush. 2. Used the polishing disc and paste. Even the cross-over looks like new ! Took me about 2 days , my wife thinks I am realy hooked to the Guzzi now. I will make some pictures later . greatings Anton

Any problems known with the Tenni's clutch? Because it's the same as the Scura's, would expect this. Anton
