The ECU in my Rosso Corsa also has a sticker saying it's for a California Model. The factory put a second, selfmade looking, sticker over the first one. It says V11 2003 CAT.... The ECU hardware (IAW15M w/o Cat. or IAW15RC w/ Cat.) ist always the same. Only the fuel-/ignitionmaps are different. Holger

Did your dealer installed the latest ECU software update? Most of the bikes come with an old software version from the factory. The old software runs the engine in a lean fuel/air condition. This causes stumble and sometimes backfire. Holger

Only the KR and KS types are affected. In detail, frame numbers ZGUKR0000XM111112-ZGUKR00001M114639, ZGUKS00001M111111-ZGUKS00001M111147, ZGUKS00001M211111-ZGUKS00001M211162 are affected. Your Rosso Corsa is probably a ZGUKT...., so no problem. Holger

Hi Carl, I'm from Germany. My bike is a V11 LeMans Rosso Corsa model 2003. I've some trouble with cough and sputter at low rev's. (2000-3000 RPM). My dealer tried to fix the poroblem, since it is mutch better. But the problem is not completely gone. So I like to check the EFI setup myself, but I cant find the right manual. Therefore my question. Holger

Hi, are the instructions still valid for the new modells with catalytic converter? The new bikes are equipped with the closed loop ECU IAW 15RC. I've ceckt the idle TPS voltage on my 03 LeMans. I read 390 mV. Anyone with the new bike can compare this to his TPS voltage? Holger
