  1. Check out the Ducati Monster 1100 with Siemens ECU. You can download the partlist here: http://www.ducati.com/en/bikes/service/par...ml?family=parts They have moved some of the sensors. - Engine tempsensor is now bolted directly to the rear cylinder. - Air tempsensor is now inside the inlet trumpet between airbox and TB. - Air pressuresensor is now measuring the pressure inside the inlet manifold between TB and cylinderhead. /Henrik
  2. Quote: I'm seriously considering doing a full season on E85 only and see how the map ends up and how it affects power and mileage, but my current maximum flow rate wont suffice at WOT. In car racing my friend convert a Ford Duratec engine 2,0l for E85. The fuel were up in the region of +30% . So you will have to find injectors that can flow more. If I remember correctly E85 will handle alot of comp - up to 15:1 ?! Do not remember how the ignition were changed. Think the change in power were around + 5 - 6% based upon a optimized N/A engine from the beginning.
  3. Thanks for the advice. As of 2 feb 2009 the answer from Gerrit at www.vosselman.nl , which are the European distributor for Technoresearch Direct Link, is that the sale of Direct Link for for European bikes using MM are posponed at the moment. Seems that two bikes in US have had programming problems. Now they have to find the reason why and if it has anything with the DirectLink software to do. Just to be sure before they continue to offer the kits. Based upon the above answer it seems that it do not have anything to do with hardwarekey issue or Vista compliance.
  4. Can someone confirm that they have actually used the Technoresearch Direct Link on a 1.5M ECU that were already reflashed with a FIM map.
  5. Seems that there is a new version of the Technoresearch Direct Link software - DirectLink2.40.67-F84-XP-2000-NT-98.zip - DirectLink2.40.67-F84-Vista.zip dated 01/13/09 ( 13 jan 2009 ) out now. http://www.technoresearch.com/Downloads/do...Direct-Link.htm Also the VDST do have new versions out now. http://www.technoresearch.com/Downloads/downloads-VDSTS.htm
