That’s fine as long you never have to look at it....
Ha!

I don’t know if Guzzidiag knows or cares what map. I think if you upload from the reader app you will get a zip file that might show the map.
But at that point you might as well upload to tunerpro and view the parameters against another map.
What ya got against TunerPro?...

Ive had several. Timing cover gasket, front crank seal, timing sensor (a few times), crank vent tube, rear drive seal (fingers crossed the big outside one will hold) and the one I haven’t got yet is the rear transmission not a gasket housing.
None marked territory...
I don’t count the valve covers either.

Isn’t that just the ECU serial no.?
The BIN file will identify what map is actually in the ECU I believe.

I’m about to embark on this. I have the big (outer) and little (inner) seal. Looks like I need an o-ring? Anything else you guys recommend to have on hand when doing this?

Always appreciate an update on your thread Remo.

I would suggest zeroing the CO trim first things first. If you haven’t already. I bet you will be quite happy!

I’ve cleaned the injectors on my 60k? Lemans, didn’t seem to make a difference. FWIW.

I know I possess not nearly enough talent for one, but I’d sure like to try!
It’s fun ringing the neck out of a multi!.... sometimes

Let’s get this thread back on track. Those are some beautiful Nortons though!
Lately when faced with the dilemma of either taking my light little old Yamaha or the big (relatively) heavy v11 the Yammer has been winning, relegating the v11 to commuting duty. Not cool, I know... Today I took the stiletto clad big girl out for a “fer real” dance. Never gone sell this thing! At least without owning another v11!
Man she is just SO right on the right day!

I never get sick of seeing those MVs.

Pirelli angel GT or ST IMO.
Seems the GTs last longer but to me the STs are maybe a bit stickier, hard to say for sure going from old tires to new.
There is a great thread here somewhere on tires...

Sent you an e-mail Chuck. Address was 59.... something or other.

I didn’t forget about you Chuck...
@ Dave, I don’t have any custom maps, just standard, titanium and Meinolf’s plus a whole slough of others I’ve fiddled with.

Which map(s) does he want?
I can send some out when I get home this evening.

That’s awesome!

Valve size? Pistons?
-
Wheel bearing?
Master cylinder leaking internally?
Just guesses...

Less voltage = more amps? (Correct me if I’m wrong sparkies) So if there is resistance than yes it does make sense.

How are the wires at the stator? Im not saying it isn’t those connectors but definitely worth looking at the stator too.

Mine idles a bit on the side stand plus I’ve had a good crash on that bracket and replaced all associated hardware. Including sump spacer and timing cover.

To 100% verify that the map is unfettered wouldn’t you need to check values anyway?
Like on TunerPro.
Don’t be scared buddy. Even a shaved ape like me can handle it. You still got my number? I’m pretty sure I can walk you through it.
