The ninth digit in the VIN is a check digit computed from the other 16 characters. 1-9 and X (for 0) are the possible values as I recall.

I want to transfer an existing set of H-B saddlebags to a 2003 LeMans. Ideally I would like to buy a complete H-B hardware kit to mount both the saddlebags and top case. Please advise if you have such an item available. Thanks. Alex
