Fickle clutch

I have replaced my exploded single plate clutch/flywheel

and gearbox with a twin plater.

Now the clutch noise started off like a twin plate- noisy

with lever pulled in. Now after 1000 km it is working fine

but is noisy lever out.

 

Any ideas ?

When did you last ballance your throttle bodies and what have you got your idle speed set at?

G'day Pete,

 

Did a quick balance of tb's after i got the bike back together and the idle was around 1300 rpm 'vaugelias'.

Didnt lock the tb wheel with anything so it may have wandered a bit while ive been on the road. Get back home Wednesday and shall check it out.
